To give the Certificate, fill out the form with your information, the recipient info, and the Dollar amount desired.  LECOR will then print a certificate with your information and mail, fax, or email it to you, or your designee.  An immediate notification will be sent to you via email upon our receipt.

Any amount is available in round numbers, ie; $25, $50, $100, $200, $500.00 etc...,  Minimum is $25.00.  Call our office if you have any questions.
