Lecor Technologies, LLC (LECOR) Returns Policy
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any special orders, used, worn, or washed merchandise cannot be returned. Clothing cannot have been worn, ie. tags still on the product.
All returns should include a copy of the original packing slip and/or the return form that is located under customer service on our website.
Prior to returning any items, contact us to obtain a return merchandise authorization number or fill out the form on our website. This can be done by phone at 972.552.3352 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns without a return authorization number will be delayed.
If your order was damaged upon arrival, please contact us or the shipping company. We value our customers and want to ensure that you receive the quality that we stand by.
If Your Order was incorrectly filled or you received the incorrect product please contact us immediately.
If you have any problems with your order, please call us at 972.552.3352, or email email@example.com to request a RMA#. If the error was on Lecor Technologies, LLC (LECOR) part, we will make arrangements to rectify the situation.
If Lecor Technologies, LLC (LECOR) received incorrect information during the order process, it will be your responsibility to return the merchandise via a RMA form. Please mark outside of box with RMA #. .Packages without an RMA# on
outside of box could be delayed.
If you would like to return your product for credit or refund
A) return it via insured parcel post, UPS or FedEx within thirty days of receipt for full credit or refund, less shipping and handling. Handling fees are 15% of the product cost. (Only returns in new condition can be accepted).
B) Include a copy of the shipping document with all returns.
C) Contact customer service at 972.552.3352, or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a RMA# .Please mark the outside of the carton with the RMA# to expedite your return.
- Special order items, items that have been altered, decorated, engraved, customized or embellished cannot be returned. We will honor returns of this nature if we have made an error on your custom order.
- Clothing: New, un-worn, tags still attached.
- All clearance or close out items are sold “as is” and cannot be returned.
- Lecor Technologies, LLC (LECOR) is not responsible for return shipping unless an error has been made on our part. We recommend that you send your return in using a reliable carrier and a method that can be tracked and insured. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Lecor Technologies, LLC (LECOR) sells multiple product lines. Returns and matters covered by manufacturer’s warranties must be coordinated directly through the manufacturer in most cases. Contact us at 972.552.3352 and we will assist in the warranted product.
