Pricing, Policy & Terms
We will sell restricted products to Law Enforcement & Military organizations only.

At LECOR, our customers are first. You can always count on our knowledgeable customer service and quick shipping. We want to be sure we meet your needs and all of your questions are answered. We represent the best manufacturers in the industry, giving you the quality products you deserve.  Your complete satisfaction is important to us.  LECOR is a stocking dealer for many of the product lines we represent.  Call us for availability and shipping schedule.

Pricing:  LECOR is competitive in our pricing, and will provide service after the sale.  LECOR does not post our best & final on all products.   There are volume discounts we do not advertise which is based on individual products, and quantity.  As an authorized dealer for the manufacturers we represent, we have agreed to and comply with a minimum advertised pricing, (MAP),  policy.  Again, based on quantity, specific product's, & manufacturers specials, there may be additional discounts available.  LECOR will also honor GSA pricing if the manufacturer allows us to do so.  For best & final pricing, contact us direct, or send us your information via the "Contact" or "Order Form" forms.  We will respond promptly. 

Note:  Manufacturers may increase pricing from time to time.  LECOR will make every effort to maintain current pricing, but cannot guarantee immediate notification from the manufacturers.

Shipping:  Products are shipped ground unless otherwise requested.  There will be an up-charge for over-night or 2nd day shipping.  Product is drop shipped to your location.

Warranty:  LECOR will work with the buyer to return and/or correct malfunctioning product(s) deemed to have manufacturer defects.  All warranties are provided by the manufacturer, and LECOR does not express any warranty any product other than the terms set by the manufacturer.

Returns:  LECOR will accept returns on an individual & pre-arranged basis.  Special orders, customized parts, & specific use products are excluded as well as specialty items,  are sold as is & under the mfg's warranty.   

Liability:  LECOR does not accept liability for the use/misuse of products.  Some of the products we represent are combustible, and or hazardous if misused.  It is the purchasing parties responsibility to fully understand the products, and their explicit directions for use.

Export:  LECOR,  will not under any circumstances ship any restricted product out of the country, or provide restricted product to anyone other than authorized military/agency/personnel. 
LECOR adheres to the Homeland Security Act in the provision of providing product to local & foreign entities.  LECOR will provide product and ship to APO's, FPO's and any other address for U.S. Military & duly authorized civilian peacekeepers, with verification of deployment status.
LECOR will provide product and ship to Military Units, Agencies, Departments, and personnel deployed in an active military status.

Non Restricted Product:  
LECOR will provide products to individuals, officers, deputies, agents, professional security team members.  LECOR will sell non restricted, non-Law Enforcement specific product to Civilians,  Contact LECOR for specifics.

Restricted Product:  Products defined as those not available to the general public include;
             Laser Range finders, (Military Grade),
             Ballistic Products, Vests, Helmets, Shields,
             Night Vision, Gen 2 & up
             Explosive/Demolition products,
            And any other product LECOR deems of a 'sensitive/restrictive' nature.

EXAMPLE:  We will not ship Gen 2 Rifle Scopes or Ballistic protection items to any unknown, non- authorized, civilian/companies in the US, or foreign.

Note for Business Agents.  LECOR will ask for verification of end user.  We will not contact the client, nor interfere with any transaction.  If this is unacceptable to you, we will not be interested in the transaction.  Contact us for specifics.
